We recently sold our house and booked a furniture removalist and the settlement was moved by our Real-Estate agent the day before our move, I rang our removalist and they could not help me as they only have one truck they say and it’s booked out so in a mad panic I ring around and got TLI Transport.  I was so relieved when they said they had 5 trucks and hade one available they also said this was common and that it always pays to book with a company with more flexibility thanks again

Sorry I’m a bit late in emailing but I do wish to pass on my thanks again.

As you know we moved house 10th June, we had a booking for 1pm, which as we know, there was muck up in the booking, being that it got booked for the following day. You thankfully didn’t let me down and got me a truck and men for around 4.30. I am now very grateful that the booking got mucked up cause then I got Mitch and Daniel (i think that was their names and excuse me if I’m wrong). Mitch called me that afternoon and put my mind instantly at ease.

These two guys came in and absolutely worked like machines!!! As the night went on so did they, with narrow doors, limited lighting and my three young kids under their feet they continued on happy as can be! They were an absolute pleasure to have in our home and are so lucky to have had them share the joy of moving into our new house with.

These two men are a true asset to your company and I will be recommending them to friends for sure!!!!

Well yesterday was certainly a marathon for the boys! A very long hot day. 

We (Raymond and I) would just like to say that the boys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they still kept their humour throughout the day.

I am sure they were VERY relieved that the house in Jarrahdale was all on one level, unlike Amethyst which was on 3.

I wanted to provide some feedback to you regarding our recent dealings with your company.

We had a move from the house we sold into storage for two weeks, and then a pick up and removal into our new house.

We dealt with four of your staff in all – Lisa, Mitch, Scott and Zade – I hope I have the names correct and apologies if not.

Firstly, Lisa always responded to my emails quickly and professionally.  She was very easy to deal with and we were very happy with everything she did for us.

The three guys we dealt with during the two moves were excellent.  They were friendly, efficient, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them.  The entire process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier.
